Preventative Maintenance

 

This program is divided into two areas. One area is to monitor for unexpected outages, the second is to maintain network devices in order to prolong their lives, and efficiency. Key network components, servers, managed switches, and routers, are monitored 24x7 so that in the event systems exceed specified thresholds ADSI will be notified, and maintenance can be coordinated to correct the issue before it becomes service affecting. In addition to proactive maintenance, our monitoring systems will alert technicians of an outage so appropriate actions can be taken. Proactive maintenance is also routinely performed on desktops and laptops. Studies have shown that this maintenance can double the speed of a PC verses a PC that does not receive this maintenance. This maintenance also extends the effective life of a PC by up to 66%.
